Client acknowledges that the Film Maker is using their artistic discretion to create film as the Film Maker sees fit. There can not be any fundamental changes done in the short film we make, only adding or removing any (4-5 shots) can be done, which also should be mutually decided.

  • Coverage

The Photographers/Cinematographers will be present on wedding/event days as per the time scheduled, and it is up to the Photographer/Film Maker when enough photo/film have been captured.

  • Use of Film

As mentioned in the quotation. Payment should be 50% booking amount and 50% should be paid on or before the date of the wedding.

  • Deliverable

As mentioned in the quotation. We do not use DVD anymore (as they are outdated for the high quality data size we work in). You have to provide a Hard disk drive (500-1000 GB), in which entire raw & processed data will be given to you.

  • Delivery Timelines

All edited photos 25-30 day. If only traditional video, 2 months. In case of cinematic video in first 3 months Full Length or Short Film & Next three months remaining video ( Full or short ). Deliverable timelines of the short video can change due to selection of the music. It is a time consuming process as we finalize music when couple and we agree on one. This process can take longer than expected.

  • Cancellation

There will be no refund in any case of cancellation. 20% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees & rest advance paid will be given to you in the form of credit note. Which can be usable in the future projects you will work with us.
